John-Paul Gustad practices disability law exclusively and has successfully represented over one thousand people in their claims for disability benefits. John-Paul is admitted to practice in the State of Washington, the United States District Court, Western District of Washington and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

John-Paul is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Representatives, the National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates, the American Bar Association, Washington State Bar Association, as well as the King, Snohomish, and Pierce County Bar Associations. John-Paul graduated from the University of North Dakota, School of Law in 1999, obtained his Masters of Fine Arts in 2000 and obtained his BFA from the University of Minnesota in 1991. John-Paul continues to work as an oil painter in Seattle, Washington.
