Mr. Gustad met with me at my home because my multiple sclerosis and anxiety make leaving my apartment extremely difficult. John-Paul kept me informed throughout the Social Security process, he always returned my phone calls and continued to answer my questions even after he obtained my benefits for me. I was amazed by his customer service and his incredible compassion.
